SALISBURY, MD. - James Twilley Malone, 95, of Salisbury, Md., died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at his residence. Born in Allen, Md., he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Twilley Malone. He was Past President of Rockville, Md., Rotary Club, Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of Sibley Hospital in Washington, D.C., Past President and Board Member of American Institute for CPA's in Washington, D.C. James was a certified public accountant for more than 45 years in the Bethesda, Md./ Washington, D.C., area, retiring in 1980. He is survived by two sons, Robert 'Bob' Allen Malone and his wife, Sandra of Beaufort, N.C., and Dr. John Bruce Malone and his wife, Linda of Yorktown, Va.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Bettie Sue Malone of Salisbury, Md. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Florence Holbrook Malone (2008); and three brothers, Roscoe, Frank and Jack Malone. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with the Rev. Dr. Robert Harris officiating. Interment will follow at the Allen Cemetery in Allen, Md.
