There are many Lewis Duvall's that are contemporaneously living so very hard to track, the line from here back comes from the book, "Middle Plantation", descendants of Mareen Duvall published in 1952. We do know that Lewis was living in Montgomery Co., MD in 1790 and likely fathered son John Duvall.
Lewis married Anne Welsh, daughter of John Welsh and Hannah Hammond, before 1763.
