She was the former Beatrice Snelling, a native of Salisbury, Md., a retired employee of the Fashion Shop at Green Tree Mall and a member of Sunnyside Assembly of God Church in Jeffersonville. Survivors: her husband, Pete Limp; a daughter, Phyllis L. Bailey; a son, Buddy Limp of Pikeville, Tenn.; two brothers, Linwood D. Hitch of Salisbury and Robert Snelling of New Market, Md.; three grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, Chapman Funeral Home. Entombment: Kraft- Graceland Mausoleum, New Albany. Visitation: noon-9 p.m. Thursday and noon-1 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts: Hospice of Southern Indiana. Beatrice married Levin Sheppard Whayland, son of Henry James Whayland and Betty Mae Ernest. (Levin Sheppard Whayland was born on 25 Jul 1916 in Wicomico Co., MD and died on 24 Sep 1990 in Wicomico Co., MD.) Beatrice next married Simon Peter Limp.
