In 1850, she is age 72 as HOH with her daughter Jane Hitch (44) and grandson Joshua L. Hitch (13).

Her will written Apr 2 1852 and probated Jan 7 1862 mentions Sarah Graham's daughters Jane Hitch, Leah A. Hopkins, and Sarah A. Hopkins. Also, Joshua L. Hitch received 100 acres of Sarah Graham's Quantico farm. (SoW-1859/90:068)
