Harold T. Hitch Commercial pressman, 86 Harold T. Hitch of Thornton, a commercial pressman, died May 22 at Elmshaven Nursing Home in Thornton. He was 86. Graveside services were Friday at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, Neb. There was cremation. He was born July 15, 1910, in Doniphan, Neb. He married Thelda T. Pollock in Atlantic, Iowa. She preceded him in death. He served in the Army in the European Theater during World War II. He worked as a commercial pressman for 50 years. He is survived by a son, Harold Jr., Auburn, Neb.; two daughters, Thelma Hitch Speers, Kansas City, Mo., and Patricia Ann Brownfield, Warsaw, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Contributions may be made to the American Legion, George Beach Post No. 4, c/o Warren-Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins 80524.
