On the condition that James pays to Nicholson 150 pounds current money in equal payments when Nicholas arrives at the age of 21. Nicholson Dashiell --son; to be paid 150 pounds current money by James when he arrives at the age of 21 and should James die without heirs, then to have land left to James Gilliss Dashiell --son; should Nicholson inherit the land left to James, then Nicholson is to pay Gilliss half the sum of 150 pounds current money Isabella Dashiell --daughter; to have the other half of 150 pounds should Nicholson inherit the lands left to James, remainder of personal estate to be divided between Nicholson, Gilliss and Isabella William Dashiell --son; residue of lands "only that part already laid off to William Bounds" (excepted?)
