On 31 Mar 1774 Ralph Corbin administrator of Anne Corbin (who had been administrator of Robt Corbin) declined to further prosecute Henry Fletcher, Robert Jenkinson and Jacob Broadwater, so the matter was dismissed. (NOTE: This implies that Jacob Broadwater Sr. had married one of Robt Corbin's daughters (either Wealthy or Susanna), and being now dec'd, his eldest son and heir-at-law Jacob Broadwater Jr. was released from prosecution regarding settlement of the estate.)
