LEVIN CRAPPER 04/10/1777 04/23/1777 "being sick and weak in body . . ." Bequeaths to:
1. Molton Crapper -son, to have all of the testator's lands in Sussex County cont. 1570 acres along with all houses, buildings, etc., to have 15 acres of land in Kent County to be laid off at the direction of Molton out of the lands the testator purchased from Edward Evans
2. Amelia Crapper -daughter, should Molton die w/out issue, then to have the testator's lands in Sussex County
3. Leah Parker --daughter (wife of John Parker, of Sussex County), should Molton die w/out heirs, then to have the 15 acres of land in Kent County and should she die w/out heirs, then the 15 acres to fall to testator's daughter Amelia, to have all those lands which the testator purchased from Elias and Edward Evans and his wife lying in Kent County except for the above 15 acres to Molton, to have all those lands lying in Kent County which the testator purchased from William Beacham and his wife and from Purnell Wattson and his wife and should she die w/out heirs, then to testator's daughter Amelia
4. Levin Crapper -son, Molton and his heirs to support and maintain Levin agreeable to his rank and station in life and should Molton refuse to do so or to neglect Levin, then the Court of Quarter Session in Sussex County is to make sale of such part of the testator's lands devised to Molton as will be necessary to support and maintain Levin
5. Betty Crapper -wife, remainder of the estate to be divided between her, Molton and Amelia in equal portions, named executrix of the will along with testator's son Molton
Witnesses: Thomas F. Eccleston, Matthew Brown, Francis Stevens, William Polk, John Laws
Then came: William Polk and John Laws, Jr.
