To wife Eleanor Hopkins: use of dwelling plantation where I now live during her widowhood. , perhaps 50 ac of CANNONS LOT, All personal estate for her widowhood; to be divided among children after her decease or remarriage.
To son George Collier Hopkins: the island and marsh at Cagers Straits if he pays sons John and Robert Hopkins ,20 each, 50 ac of KEDGES ISLAND, perhaps actually on Smiths Island, but patented as Dorchester
To son Collier Hopkins: one shilling sterling.
To son John Hopkins: land in Worcester County on the west side of Bougers Branch, 100 ac JOHNS CHANCE, (in Sussex (Little Creek), 50 ac adjoining JOHNS CHANCE, purchased from William Benston, John to have the right to the first child of Negro Easter or Sarah that lives to be five years old.
To son Robert Hopkins: right to the second child of Negro Easter or Sarah that lives to five.
To daughter Elizabeth Hopkins: right to third child of Negro Easter or Sarah.
