bullet  Notes:

Donald Edward WiltbankSALISBURY\emdash Donald Edward Wiltbank, 69, of Salisbury passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. "Don" as he was known, was born on May 15, 1943, to Edward G. Wiltbank and Florence (Betty) Wiltbank Smith. He formerly owned and operated Don's Snack Shack in Princess Anne. He also held many jobs in the Salisbury area including working several years at Dresser Industries. For many years he was an umpire for the Wicomico County Softball League.Don is survived by his son, Daniel Wiltbank; daughter, Tamela Blackburn (Ed); sister, Eilene Hitch (Carroll); grandson, Dylan Wiltbank; nephews, Michael Hitch and Christopher Hitch; niece, Teri Hitch Gregory; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves to mourn many friends, including his former wife, Brenda Warwick, whom he called his best friend. Don was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Jeffrey Jay Wiltbank. Don was a big man with a big heart who never met a stranger. All were welcome at his home as he entertained them with food and funny tales. He will be remembered for his generosity, sense of humor, positive outlook, and love of cooking. He enjoyed company and was a father figure to many, especially his son's friends. His beloved grandson, Dylan, will greatly miss his "Pop Pop." Danny and Dylan enjoyed visiting Don at Genesis. Dylan looked forward to his daddy driving him by "Pop Pop's" window enroute to day care so that they could wave and blow kisses to each other. The family wishes to express gratitude to the staff of Genesis and the ICU Unit at PRMC for the excellent care they provided to Don. A memorial service will be held at Union United Methodist Church, Union Church Road in Salisbury on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at noon. Pastor James Hitch of Delmar will conduct the service. This service will also honor Don's late brother, Jeff.Because of Don's love of cooking and feeding others, the family requests that any donations be made to the Maryland Food Bank Eastern Shore, P.O. Box 804, Salisbury, MD 21803.
