- To son Jeremiah, half a dozen Windsor chairs and to hold my plantation 2 years clear of rent
- Sell my lands and divide among my 8 children Rachel Watkins, Thomas Lewis, Margaret Barber, Levy Lewis, Jane Windsor, Jonathan Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis and Drucilla Browning
- Since my son Levy Lewis has been deceased about 3 years, his children to get his share
- Land that son Jeremiah possesses for two years shall be sold at publc auction at the end of that term and divided equally among the eight above
