- To son Jeremiah, part of land tract called "Trouble Enough" agreeable to a bond given him in the year 1780 and also another tract called "The Close Tract" lying on Bennett's Creek containing 10a
- To daughter Margaret Lewis one bay mare
- To daughter Drusilla Lewis one sorrell gelding
- To son David one heifer
- To loving wife Margaret residue of my estate
- Son Jeremiah to be sole executor
