Thomas made a will on 5 March 1693/94 at Somerset Co, (present day Worcester Co), MD. To Nathaniel Veazey, 100 acre part of "Cold Harbor." To daughter Sarah and heirs, residue of "Cold Harbor" and 200 acres of "Paggi." To son Thomas and heirs, 800 acres "Fairfields," and 400 acres "New Fairfields" also 130 acres (unnamed) adjoining said tracts. To son John and heirs, residue of all lands. To daughter Eliza: Nutter, personalty. Extrs. Sons John and Thomas afsd. Test: Dan'l Selby, Silas Chapman, Parker Selby, Christian Harmonson. He died before 31 May 1694 at Somerset Co, (present day Worcester Co), MD. It was on this date that his will was proved.

Thomas married Sarah (Elizabeth?) Dorman, daughter of John Dorman and Sarah Hickman, on 09 Jan 1647 in Northampton Co., VA. (Sarah (Elizabeth?) Dorman was born about 1650 in Northampton Co., VA.)
