She received by deed of gift on 2 May 1665 at Accomack Co, VA. Deed of gift of live stock from Elizabeth Rodolphus, widow, to William and Elizabeth Rodolphus, shows that Elizabeth is less the 11 years old. George Hamlin consents to the gift.

She was named in a guardian account on 7 June 1680 at Accomack Co, VA. Alexander Addison was formerly appointed the guardian of orphans William and Elizabeth Rodolphus and their estate. Since the orphans were now of age, Addison presented an account of the estate belonging to William (two horses, 16 head of cattle) and Elizabeth (two mares with colts, 15 head of cattle). Ordered that Addison deliver the estate and that the orphans give their respective discharges to release the guardian.

Elizabeth Rodolphus gave a deposition on 9 December 1697 at Accomack Co, VA. Deposition of Robert Lewis, Richard Lewis and Elizabeth, widow of John Lewis Jr., that they were the only living issue of John Lewis Sr.

She was named in a petition that was recorded in court records on 7 December 1698 at Accomack Co, VA. Overton Mackwilliam petitioned that his mother (deceased) had left him in the care of John Lewis (now also deceased). Overton was to serve till attaining the age of 19 years "at which time he was to be free & at his own disposal." Now 19 years old, Overton asked Lewis's widow Elizabeth for the "small estate to him belonging (which was) to be delivered at ye time of his freedom in ye same condition as he received it." Ordered that Elizabeth be summoned to the next court to show why she had not complied.

Elizabeth was named as administrator of an estate on 2 December 1701 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of John Lewis was granted to his widow Elizabeth Lewis with Ralph Justice & William Chance securities.

Elizabeth made a will on 30 September 1731 at Accomack Co, VA. In her will Elizabeth Lewis named son William Lewis. To daughters Elizabeth & Comfort. To son John Lewis my full right of 70 acres in Somerset County, Maryland, he to dispose of the same, and I give the proceeds to my grandson Josiah Lewis, & for want of heirs to my grandson Rodulphus Scott. To 3 children John Lewis, Elizabeth Scott & Comfort Rew. Son John Exr. Witt: Richard Drummond, Jacob Litchfield, Anne Drummond. She died before 4 January 1731/32 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that her will was probated.
