Wilson Heath wrote his will Jan 6 1785 and it was probated Apr 16 1785 in Somerset: -To Josiah Wilson Heath, Samuel Heath, sons, 2 tracts of land "Hogg Ridge" and "Wilson's First" to be held in common and no part of the plantations be sold by the sons nor any divisions made but that they live together "in my large Brick House on Hogg Ridge". Remainder of estate to be divided between them -Josiah named executor along with William Roan -Jesse Heath, son, should both Josiah and Samuel die without heirs, then Jesse to have the land on the condition that he pay his two sisters 50 pounds in gold or silver to each, Negro boy "Jacob" -Tabitha Heath, daughter, Polly Milliway (?), daughter, Nancy and Sally Heath, daughters, Tabitha and Sally to have the privilege of living in the dwelling house as long as they remain single, to receive 50 pounds each from Jesse should both Josiah and Samuel die without heirs, Sally to have Negro "Monday", Polly to have 20 shillings sterling from the estate, Tabitha to have 20 shillings and no more -William Rowan, Negro girls "Roze" "Jenny" Negro boys "Moses" "Saul" Witnesses: Mathias Miles, Samuel Taylor, George Pollitt (SoW-EB1:227)
