Mary Wilson wrote her will on Sep 8 1743 and it was probated in Somerset Co. on Apr 23 1747 with the following provisions:
-To Ann Dubbins 3 pounds current money of Maryland
-To Margaret Layfield what is in her hands what is due to me and then we are clear of each other
-To granddaughter Mary Wilson Jr. dau of Andrew Wilson, all the remainder of my estate
-Appoint Thomas Gillis executor
Witnesses: John Hayman, James Pope (MdW-DD4:051)
An inventory of her estate was submitted on Nov 27 1747 for 32.14.2 with next of kin as George Wilson and Ann Dubbins, appraisers were Alexander Adams Jr. and Thomas Pollitt and administrator Abraham Heath. (MdInv-36:142)
An accounting of her estate was done on Aug 10 1748 in Somerset Co. - admin was Abrahan Heath. (MdAcc-DD13:185)
Mary married George Wilson, son of George Wilson and Elizabeth (?). (George Wilson was born about 1675 1 and died before 23 Apr 1747 in Somerset Co., MD 1.)
