- To George Willis, s/o Letta Willis, all my lands all 100a of my land where I now live called "Hog Neck" and 70a, part of "Mount Sinia" (sic)
- Rest of moveable estate to be sold and proceeds to Jonathan Huffington who shall also be executor.
- Should Letta Willis have a child within 6 months of the date of this will, then that child shall share property equally with aforementioned George Willis.
