Somerset Court Know all men by these presents yt I: Abigall Kibble Widow Late wife of John Kibble of ye County of ~~ Somr:Sett in ye province of Maryland plantr Carpenter Deceased Doe out of my tender Care of my Children That y Lord hath given mee by my Said Loving Husband John Kibble who leaving mee visibly possessed with an estate I Doe therefore give & make over unto my Said Children William Kibble & Sarah Kibble one Red Cowe commonly Called or knowne by y name of Molly Nanny & one black Cow with a white face ~ Commenly Called or knowne by y name of Molly & one mare fole yt was lately foaled of a black mare with a Starr in her forehead Called Bonny These Cowes & Mare foals I give unto my Said Children William & Sarah with y female increase of y Cowes & both male & female increase of y Mare foale untill my ~ Son William attaineth to y age of sixteene yeares & my Daughter Sarah to y age of fourteene yeares And to have and to hold both male & female & to enjoy & Dispose of as their proper goods forever to bee equally ~ Devided betweene them These Cattle with y mare foale to runn in a Stock amongst Richard Stevens of this County of Sommersett & province of Maryland for y onely proper use & behoofe of my Said Children aforemen tioned untill they come to y age above recited and if in Case one of my said Children Should be taken ~~ away by Death before hee or Shee attaineth to y ages above recited then y Surviver to enjoy the whole and if in Case both Should Dye before they Come to y ages aforementioned then y said Cowes & mare ~ foale to bee returned to mee their mothr: againe with their increase & to bee att her Disposing more over it is my will & pleasure yt none of my aforesaid Children Shall Dispose of any of what is given them or their increase untill they Come to y ages before recited without my Consent or their Guardians And yt if they increase to many itt Shall be at y pleasure of my selfe & Richard Stevens above named to Con vert them to other use & bennefitt of my Said Children as the said Richard Stevens Shall think Convenient without any Lett or Molestation of mee y Said Abigail Kibble or any othr person or persons whatsoever These Cowes before mentioned & Mare foale with their increase I Abigail Kibble Doe freely & abso lutely give unto my Said Children their or eithr: of their heirs executors: & admrs: forever peaceably and quietly to enjoy as their proper goods at y times before specified In: Confirmacon of y truth above written I have hereunto affixed my Seale & put to my hand this twentieth Day of October Annoque Domini: one thousand Six hundred Seaventy & Six : / : Signed & Sealed in y Abigail: Kibble: ~Seale ./ presence of us - Steven: Horsey ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ John: Horsey ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ (SoJ-1675/77:058)
