- To beloved wife Mary Ruark all my estate, lands for her widowhood, then to son Ezekiel Ruark can have the dwelling house and part of the plantation
- To son James Ruark, the rest of my lands and Ezekiel's portion at his death - if he dies without issue tt Ezekiel and if he dies without issue to Levin Ruark
- To son Ezekiel, one shilling
- To son John, one shilling
- To daughter Sarah Owins one shilling
- To my six youngest children the remainder of my estate after my wido's death or marriage and Ezekiel may have a third of the apples in the young orchard
