From "A Hitch Orchard," Daisy Hitch Davies, 1931: "Mary Adeline Hitch, her parents and brother all belong to the Christian Church. Her children are also being brought up in the Christian Church. Both her husband and father were Masons and she has been an Eastern Star ever since she was eligible at 18. Her husband Mr. Price, belongs to the Elks Lodge, 233 Club which are the moving picture men of the Masonic Order, and the American Legion. He was a moving picture and still photographer in the Signal Corps and served 22 months in France. Mary married Roland Chillcutt Price Sr. on 10 Mar 1920.1 (Roland Chillcutt Price Sr. was born on 09 Aug 1893 1 6 and died on 30 May 1966 in Los Angeles Co., CA 7.) |
