HITCH - Elaine R., 72, Patton, passed away July 21, 2013, at Miners Medical Center, Hastings. Born May 16, 1941, in Patton, daughter of Edna Bailey. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by brothers, Florest Bailey and Jim Bailey. Elaine is survived by her husband of 50 years, Regis "Joe" Hitch, whom she married July 20, 1963; children, Robyn Hitch, and fiancee, Terry "Dobo" DiBello, Patton; Joe (Linda) Hitch, Patton; and Jake and Jasper; sister, Connie (Freddie) Garrity, Maryland; and numerous nieces and nephews. She formerly worked at Patton Shirt Factory and retired as a nurse's aide for Laurel Crest Manor after many years of service. Elaine enjoyed playing the lottery and bingo. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at noon Monday, July 29, at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton, Pa. 16668, by the Rev. Thaddeus E.
