Daniel Curry Hitch 1
He was a blacksmith. His death certificate says he was a blacksmith and died on Mar 1 1906 of brights disease only 3 days before his brother, Lemuel Hitch. He had moved to Wilmington, DE by 1868 when he is listed in the city directory. Daniel married Mary Louisa Knox, daughter of Samuel Knox and Sarah (?), about 1870 in DE. (Mary Louisa Knox was born in 1848-1849 in Sussex Co., DE 7 8 9 and died on 22 Dec 1922 in DE.) |
