Edmund's birth date comes from the Worcester Orphan's Court on Aug 31 1842 where it states he will be age 14 on Sep 15 1842 next and is indentured by Stephen Smullen to John H. Livingston to learn the trade of farming until he reaches age 21 on Sep 15 1849 (WoOCP-1842/48:37).
Edmund married Henrietta Brown, daughter of Thomas Brown and Elizabeth Price, about 1856. (Henrietta Brown was born in 1830-1835 in MD 2 3 4 and died after 20 Mar 1902 in Worcester Co., MD.)
