There is a wedding date record listed for her marriage with John Burton as 1783 but that was the date her mother's will was settled. Her mother, then Elizabeth Waples Vaughn King, refers to her daughter as Mary Burton, wife of John Burton and her granddaughter Betsey West as the daughter of Mary Burton. The will was signed May 15, 1779 so she must have married John Burton before that date. John Burton is the executor of her mother's will.
Her grave stone states "In Memory of MARY FRAME, who died November 3rd 1806 aged 48 years 11 mo. & 12 days; Endeared to all the descendents of Benjamin West, John Burton & Robert Frame to whom she had successively proved a faithful and beloved wife. She did them good and not evil all the days of their lives."
