Peter's son, William Waples, bgan selling off his Worcester properties in 1732 as "heir of Peter Waples of Sussex." It is assumed Peter dired shortly before then.
The Miles Files say the following of Peter Waples:
29 Dec 1674 Northampton County, Virginia: In the difference depending between Jno Custis plt. and Peter Waple deft the court finds no cause of action. Estate Settlement, Named In father-in-laws settlement on 27 Feb 1678 Northampton County, Virginia: It was on this date that administration on the estate of Paule Trendall was granted to Peter Waples as having married the daughter of the dec'd with John Waterson and Robert Browne securities. Appraisers: Nathaniel Wilkins, John Waterson, George Clarke & William Sterling. Relocated by 31 Dec 1678 Somerset County, Maryland: In 1678 Peter Waples, cordwainer, and his wife Frances immigrated into Somerset Co, MD from Virginia. He received the said tract of one hundred acres, called "Come by Chance" which was surveyed for him in 1681. They bought land on 10 Nov 1692 Sussex Co, Delaware: It was on this date that John Barker of Sussex Co, PA sold 300 acres of land to Peter Waples, late of Somerset Co, MD, now of Sussex Co, PA (currently Delaware).
Peter married Frances TRENDALL, daughter of Paul TRENDALL and Unknown.
