To son Stephen Phillips - bed and furniture, cow and calf that I had of Charles Tindall, chest, all my wheat and bees. Also Negro woman Amy "to do foe him as long as he lives and After his death to Ruth Tindell if she will go willingly but if not, to any of the children that she choses to live with and they to pay Ruth Tindell twenty pounds"
