James Nairne --son; plantation in Indian Town with all appurtenances, Negro "Derry" Negro woman "Moll", large silver cup, silver spoon, 3 silver handed knives and forks on provision that he pays to James Nairne Harper ,15 current money when Harper reaches age 21, hand mill and looking glass, case of bottles, chest of drawers to have after Eleanor is married, plantation where I now live after marriage of Eleanor Nairne, executor of the will.
Isabel MacKnedden --daughter; should James die without heirs then the plantation in Indian Town is to be property of her male heirs, Negro boy "Samson" she has already in her possession, cow and calf, bed and furniture and hoggs.
Peggy Harper --daughter; one shilling sterling
Eleanor Nairne --daughter; plantation where I now live to have until she is married, Negro woman "Pleasant" provided first child of "Pleasant" is given to Isabel, Negro men "Harry" and "Hector" provided she pays one-third of debts owed by the estate, all farm implements, cattle, horses and mares not already disposed of along with all personal estate not disposed of.
