To Jean Evans (daughter of widow): Negro girl Bess and if she comes of age 16 then to give to Mrs. Mary Benson a full discharge of all her legacies left to her by Mr. Thomas Benson in his last will.
To son-in-law Nicholas Evans: after widow's decease, 100 ac LIFFORD, Negro boy Davy. What is overpaid to Grace and Daniel Cordray, administrator of Ame Evans's estate, being ,10,000 and upwards if there is no great mortality among young Negroes.
