- To daughters Elizabeth and Lurana Wheyland, all the clothes, both linen and woolen that belonged to their deceased mother. Also, a gold ring to each a piece with Elizabeth getting the largest one.
- To son, William, 3000 lbs of tobacco to be paid before division of my estate towards purchasing him a piece of land - this to be paid him when he reaches the age of 18
- Remainder of my estate to my four children equally when William reaches the age of 18
- My children to be kept at school and educated at the interest of my estate.
- Son Benjamin to be executor.
