Sarah Mezick --wife, one-third of the estate for her life, named executrix along with Covington
Covington Mezick --son, all lands possessed of with exception of 50 ac lying at the head of ELLINGSWORTHS HOPE called END OF STRIFE
Baptist Mezick --son, to have the 50 ac taken out of the land left to Covington--however should Covington pay Baptist 75 pounds when Baptist arrives at the age of 21 then the 50 acres is to be the property of Covington - should Covington die without heirs then Baptist to have all lands, Negro boy "Bill", remainder of estate to be divided with Covington
Joshua Cornwallis Mezick --son, Negro girl "Case", copper still, head, and worm and still tub
K---- Mezick --daughter, Negro "Ebby" alias "Liberty"
Sarah Dean --daughter, cow and calf and no more of the estate
Witnesses: Thomas Nicholson, Aaron Mezick, John Stewart
Then came: Sarah Mezick, widow and elected to have her thirds of the estate both real and personal.
