Margaret Mezick --wife, tracts of land "Ellingsworth's Hope" cont. 50 ac, "Nance" cont. 50 ac "Pasturage" cont. 20 ac, "James's Lot" cont. 17 ac, "Mistrust" cont. 2 ac "Grove" cont 12 ac all to have for her widowhood and no longer, any single daughters to have their homes with their mother during their single life, Negro woman "Tamer" and Negro boy "George" for her widowhood, remainder of personal estate through her widowhood
Mary Mezick, Amelia Mezick, Susanna Mezick, Margaret Mezick --daughters, as long as they remain single they have liberty of living at home with their mother through her widowhood, all moveable estate at decease or remarriage of widow
Elihu Mezick --son, to have the care and government of Negroes "Tamer" and "George" while widow remains single, and then to possess "George" after death or remarriage, to have the following tracts of land at death or remarriage of widow and on the condition that he pay ,20 to Daniel: "Elingsworth's Hope" "Nance" "Pasturage" "James's Lot"

James Mezick --son, one shilling sterling and no more of the estate.
Tristram Mezick --son, one shilling sterling and no more of the estate.
Sarah Cimmy (?) --daughter, one shilling sterling and no more of the estate
Delilah Ridlir (?), --daughter (deceased), to her heirs, one shilling sterling and no more
Catherine Larmore --daughter (deceased), to her heirs one shilling sterling and no more of the estate
Elizabeth Brown --daughter that married William Brown, to her heirs one shilling sterling and no more of the estate
-all the above who are given one shilling are to receive it at the remarriage of widow and not before
Daniel Mezick --son, to be paid 40 pounds in gold or silver by Elihu and John, the money to come out of their estates and not the testator's. If he is not paid then he is to have all lands at death or remarriage of widow
