To wife Mary - tract of land containing 200 acres and being whereon I now dwell and called Poplar Valley for her natural life. Also the use of Negroes Lydia, Isaac, Jacob, Comfort and Nimrod for her lifetime
To son Samuel Truit - the above land and Negroes after wife's decease. Also the tract whereon he now lives containing 270 acres
That two other tracts in Cedar Creek Hundred be sold. One tract called Pole Catt Tract contains 210 acres. The other called Stallion Head contains 150 acres. This land to sold for debt and the surplus from sale to my wife
