Widow's thirds. Only child: Stephen Tully. But see f 274, March court 1746/7; this son died soon hereafter: Elizabeth Tully, admx. of Benjamin Tully, deceased, satisfied the Court that said Benjamin had but one child, who died after Benjamin, leaving Elizabeth here sole legatee. She is released from subpoena and discharged from requirement to balance estate, as law permits when the whole estate devolves to one party.
