To son Joshua Tully: now dwelling plantation CHELSEA if Benjamin dies without heirs. Feather bed and furniture, being the one I now lie on.
To wife Jane Tully: all estate both real and personal excepting that already given to her for her life or widowhood. If she remarries then the above to be attached to her thirds.
To son Stephen Tully, and daughters Jane Tully, Mary Tully, Susannah Tully, Sarah Tully, Elizabeth Tully: remainder of estate to be divided among all children after widow's decease or remarriage.
Executrix: wife Jane Tully.
