Wardens of St. Peter's Church in Lewes, testator devises to them and to those who officiate at the church at the time of his death and afterwards, a small piece of land in Lewes Town adjoining to the lot belonging to the heirs of William Piles, deceased and on the southwest side of the lots belonging to the Rev. Mathew Willson and which said lots the testator purchased from John Rhoads and are commonly called the "White House Lots" and to have the land on the special trust that they the said wardens shall well and truly expend and apply the rents and profits annually arising from the said lots toward the keeping of the said church and the burying ground in good repair 2. Mary Kollock --niece (daughter of Jacob Kollock, Esq.), to have a Negro girl "Daphney", to have the sum of 100 pounds current money to be paid to her 2 months after her marriage or 12 months after the testator's death whichever shall happen first, -after widow's death to have the house and lot whereon the testator now lives 3. Hannah Nunez -wife, to have Negroes "George" and "Ruth", to have the sum of 100 pounds current money, to have the use of all the rest and residue of the testator's estate both real and personal for her natural life, empowers widow to sell all or any of his Negroes not mentioned she accounting the moneys arising from the sales to the testator's residuary legatees, named executrix of the will 4. Sarah Prettyman --daughter of William & Comfort Prettyman, deceased, to have after the death of testator's widow, the house and lots of land whereon Charles Elbert now lives 5. Hester Nunez Fisher --niece (daughter of Henry and Margaret Fisher), after widow's death to have the testator's plantation adjoining the flat lands and on the west side of the land belonging to Samuel Poynter, Jr. and also to have the woodland adjoining on the Indian River Road and the Deep Valley 6. Henry Fisher, to have at the death of testator's widow, the house and lot of land whereon he now lives 7. Children of John Swift, Esq., and Magdalen, his wife, remainder of the estate to be divided among them, the testator's niece Mary Kollock, and Mary's brothers and sisters (unnamed) Witnesses: Elizabeth Paynter, Hannah Woods, John Woods Then came: John Woods and Hannah Woods Note: the testator signed the will in his own hand
