Addie was the daughter Charlotte and George Noble. She was educated in Somerset County Schools. In about 1886, Addie married Dr. Robert Bond from Baltimore and Brooklyn, Maryland. He was a surgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. They had two children who died as infants, including one named Wallace Bond.

In 1893, Addie became a widow, returned to Somerset County and taught school in Monie. She was secretary for the Board of Education for many years.

Addie married Hampton Dashiell in 1918. He was a recent widower. Addie was an active member of Antioch Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and took park in several organizations.

Addie died at her Princess Anne home in July 1944, after declining health for several years. Funeral services were held at Antioch Church. She was survived by sisters Mrs. Charlton Taylor, Mrs. James Lawson and Mrs. James Hall; brother Denwood Noble; and step-children Talmage Dashiell and Mrs. A. E. Dawson.
