-Henney Dashiell --wife; Negroes "Charles" "Big Rachel" "Little Rachel" "Frank" "Jesse" "Jude" "Linda" "Somerset", livestock and horses called "Sportsman" "Cate" "Chance" "Venus", all household, kitchen and farming utensils, riding chair and harness, silver watch, and still, also one-third of personal estate - also to have the use of all estate both real and personal for her life or widowhood. If she remarries then only the enumerated items
-John Jones --nephew (son of sister Mary Jones); all land that testator is possessed of after death or remarriage of widow
-Sarah Dashiell --sister; to be paid 150 pounds by John Jones in lieu of the real estate. should widow die or remarry before John Jones comes of age, then she is to have the interest and use of the plantation
-Nelly Jones --niece, Ann Jones --niece; John to pay each 75 pounds for their share of the real estate
-William Dashiell --nephew; to have lands left to John Jones should John die without issue and with same conditions as applied to John
-George Dashiell --uncle; should John Jones or William Dashiell both die without heirs then he is to have land and it is to pass to his descendents.
