Per county land records (So Deeds G:389), this was (172 ac of) POMFRET, Negro girl Black Nanny, conditionally. To son Isaac Coulbourn: all the lands from the land I have given Benjamin along the head lines to the head lines of my brother William Coulbourn's land and from there to to the remaining part of my land on Jones' Creek, part of POMFRETT, Negro boy Bristol. To wife Rachel Coulbourn: Negro girl Ruth on consideration that she give first child of Ruth to daughter Joan; yoke of oxen, plow, harrow, bed and furniture, livestock. To daughter Joan Coulbourn: first child of Ruth. Livestock, feather bed and furniture. To daughter Anne Coulbourn: first child of Black Nanny. Best bed and furniture; livestock. To daughter Grace Beauchamp (wife of Morey Beauchamp): Negro girl Moira. Three-year-old heifer.
