William Adams, Jr. will written Dec 18 1792 and probated in Somerset Jan 13 1793: -Louisa Adams, wife, her right of dowery to one-third of estate both real and personal named executrix along with Thomas Hamilton -Thomas Hamilton, nephew (son of John), remainder of estate both real and personal after widow's dowery has been deducted, desires that Thomas make application to the General Assembly for an act to pass in his favor changing his name from Thomas Hamilton to William Adams -John Adams, cousin (son of George), to have estate should Thomas Hamilton die without heirs should he die then the estate is to pass to the "main line of the Adams as long as there is any of them in Existence" -William Dashiell Dixon, nephew, all wearing apparel -It is testator's desire that none of his sister's heirs make any claim to the estate other than that which has been given them.
