Nicholas witnessed a will on 29 July 1660 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that Edward Dunston & Nicholas Laylor witnessed the will of Richard Teage, wife Elizabeth

Nicholas made a will on 16 July 1682 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Jacominte Layler 1/3 of my land during her life & 1/3 of all my other estate, the other 2/3 of my land to my sons Luke & Arthur & the other 2/3 of my other estate to be divided between my seven children. To son Mathew. To son John, To sons Joseph & Benjamin. To daughter Jacoba. To godson William Hamerin. Daniel Eshon & John White to see my will performed. 6 sons to be at age at 19 & daughter at 15. Wife Exec. Witt: Christopher Sadberrie, Sarah Sadberrie, George Dewey, William Littlehouse. He died before 27 December 1682 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated.
