To daughter Leah Laylor my plantation at her mother's death or marriage, should she die without issue then to my sons in law Cornelius & Bayley Johnson, sons of my wife. Daughter in law Rebecca Johnson - Wife (no name) Exec. Witt: Henry Lurton, Francis Wharton, David Allford, Charles Marshall. He died before 1 February 1708/9 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated.
John married Ann Cutting, daughter of John Cutting II and Hannah (?). (Ann Cutting was born about 1669 in Accomack Co., VA.)
