On Feb 14 1764, portions of tracts OWENS IMPROVEMENT, OWENS DELIGHT, MIDDLE, REFUGE, DAVIDS CHANCE were sold by David Magraw [McGreath, McGrath] to John White, merchant (SoLR-C:203). On Nov 16 1774, David McGrath's (son and legatee of John McGrath) interest in OWENS IMPROVEMENT, MIDDLE, OWENS DELIGHT was sold to John McGrath, for 5 shillings (SoLR-F:329)
He also had tract PRIVILEGE surveyed for him for 30a on Nov 5 1787 in Somerset.
