- To son William W. Hayman - part of the tract "Mill Lot" on the north side of a fox ditch which runs to the line of Lewis Pollitt
- To granddaughter Caroline Hayman - the above if son William dies without issue
- To son David J. Hayman - balance of "Mill Lot" for his lifetime
- To grandson Joseph Hayman - the above after David's death
- To daughter Louisa Jane Hayman - part of tract "Fooks Cost" at the east of my line for her lifetime
- To grandson John H. Livingston - the above after Louisa's death
