Annie May Hitch, 92, of Dover, DE passed away on January 25, 2015. Annie was born in Rockland, DE to the late William and Annie (MacWilliams) Shuck. She worked all of her career in heavy manufacturing. She enjoyed traveling, and especially loved knitting and crocheting. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel D. Hitch; her daughter Dolores Prosceno, and sisters Ella Witzenfield and Jeanette Russum. She is survived by her son William S. Campbell (Jill) of Smyrna, DE; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Friday January 30 from 11:00-12:00 with a service to follow at 12:00 at the McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, 19808. Burial will follow in Silverbrook Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Annie's memory to a charity of your choice .
