- To son Daniel the privilege of using Thomas' marshland for his 30 head of cattle
- To son Lazarus, 300a
- To son Daniel the rest of the land in the 900a acres total
- To sons Alexander and William, tract called "Whitefield" containing 700a divided equally
- To loving wife, dwelling plantation during her widowhood and negro man Coffee, negro woman Shue, two feather beds/furniture, one silver tankard (as Shallvar Thanckard), copper kettle, chest of drawers and three silver spoons?
