Zorobabel Smullen 1
On 10 July 1810, Levin and Nancy Miller conveyed to Zorobable Smullen, their right to 102 acres of "Goshen" and "Unity Enlarged" which Nathaniel Smullen had purchased from William Fleming and Zorobable, wife Henny consenting, conveyed to them his right to 54 acres of "Friendship," a tract which had been patented by Nathaniel Smullen; the deed as "against the lawful claim of him Levin Miller and Nancy his wife and against the claim of Lowder Smulling and against the claim of Mary Smulling's heirs and against the claim of Henry Townsend and Betty Townsend his wife" and "against the lawful claims of Zorobable Smulling, Lowder Smulling, John Dorman and Priscilla Dorman his wife, and William Mitchell and Sarah his wife" (SoLR-T:478,480) Zorobabel married Henrietta (Henny) Gibson before 1809. |
