Keziah was named in her uncle's will on Apr 18 1766 at Northampton Co., VA. In his will Obedience Parramore left all his land to the heirs of daughter Hamutual Rodgers, wife of Jackson Rodgers; for want of heirs to Richard Parramore, then to Thomas Parramore and then to James Ashby, son of Ezekiel Ashby. He left all his personal estate to the heirs of daughter Hamutual and for want of heirs to Esra Parramore, Richard Parramore, Thomas Parramore, Keziah Parramore, Bridget Parramore and James Ashby.
She was not named in her husband's will written in 1815 so she must have been deceased by that time.
Keziah married Isaac Bell, son of Joab Bell and Keziah Brickhouse, about 1774 in Northampton Co., VA. (Isaac Bell was born in 1751 in Northampton Co., VA and died 27 Jun 1815-09 Oct 1815 in Northampton Co., VA.)
