1. Phillip Marvel -son; to have all the cider casks that the testatrix has
2. Elen Burcher -granddaughter; to have the testatrix's bed and furn and 1 pale red chest,
3. Mary Marvel -daughter, Chloe Marvel -daughter; after debts are paid and expenses and legacies paid the remainder of the estate to be divided between them
4. Comfort Burcher -granddaughter; should one of the testatrix's daughters die, then the goods, etc. left her to fall to
testatrix's granddaughter
5. Adam Marvel -son; named executor of the will
