"being very weak and Low in Body . . ." Bequeaths to:
1. Nathan Gordy --son to have Negro boy "London"
2. Jackson Gordy --son to have 1 still with cap and worm and all the testator's wearing apparel to have Negro man "Major"
3. Milley Gordy --daughter to have Negro girl "Case" and Negro boy "Bill"
4. Hannah Gordy --daughter to have Negro boy "Jacob" and after the death of testator's widow to have Negro girl "Grace", to have 1 bed and furn., 1 cow and calf
5. Hannah Gordy --wife to have all the testator's houses and plantation and lands the testator now possesses and to have all the moveable estate not already devised, to have Negro boy "Jacob" to have for her natural life and also Negro woman "Leah" to dispose of as she sees fit at her death the remainder of the estate to be divided equally among the testator's 4 above named children. Named executrix of the will
6. Elijah Gordy --son to have all the land the testator possesses at the death of testator's wife
