Anne Crouch the daughter of Robert Crouch borne of Mary his wife at Wiccomoco ye eighth day of November Ao Do one thousand six hundred seaventy five.
The Disharoon Family Genealogy states: "It is probable that this is the Anne Disharone who is a legatee of Robert Crouch in Somerset Co., MD, in 1716, which could mean she is his daughter. His will, 1711, does mention a daughter Ann, and all the other legatees in the 1716 account, with the exception of Alice Layton, are listed in the will as his children. Her birth date and location are from Somerset Co., MD, land records." This compiler is not convinced of this Ann being a Crouch yet but that is definitely a candidate. It is possible that she is a Hitch given the following: On Aug 30 1715, Adam Hitch gave sureties of £200 for Michael Disharoon's estate with Ann Disharoon (his wife) as executrix (MdTP-21:497). Unknown at this point.
Ann Disharoon is listed variously as head of household in the Somerset Tax Lists through 1738 so she may have died around that time.
Ann married Michael Disharoon, son of Michael Disharoon and Joan/Jane (?). (Michael Disharoon was born on 16 Mar 1674 in Somerset Co., MD 2 and died in 1715 in Somerset Co., MD 1.)
